To buy books from Amazon Kindle app you must have an Amazon account then you can launch your Kindle app and do the following

iOS Kindle app does not support in-purchase. Title of Kindle books, periodicals, audiobooks or companions bought are sent to cloud and can be accessed from your Amazon account under manage contents and devices.
How To Download Kindle Books on Amazon
After purchasing books on Kindle you might want to download and read them. To download Kindle books you’ll have to send them to your device, to do so
